About this Event
Gather poolside for a unique spiritual sound journey experience with Good Vibes Yoga Studio founder & creator Deonna Thomas. Coming together in a heart centered community amongst Mother Nature, overlooking the local farms and vineyards, under the retiring sun, we will find a self healing practice that will allow us to drop back into our body to discover the mind, body, Spirit connection. Beginning by connecting to Spirit and breath with the use of essential oil aromatherapy and a collective oracle card reading, we will receive and decipher a message from Spirit as we set an intention for our transcendental journey. After this introduction to the energetic entities in the beyond we will find a comfortable spot resting and releasing our bodies over the solid ground as Pachamama supports us. Deonna will then use guided imagery and an array of sound instruments to transport you to what feels like another dimension in space and time. The sound vibrations will bring equilibrium and healing to the physical body on an energetic level, while regulating the emotional body and nervous system, and connecting to Spirit through physical sensations and visions. Awakening from our journey to share our experience in a supportive compassionate community.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
