Alcohol Consumption Waiver and Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket to Hotbox Events presents a Poolside Meet & Greet Party with Chef Landon and Chef Cousin Brandon, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your participation in the event:
1. Voluntary Participation: You understand that participation in this event is voluntary and may include the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
2. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that the consumption of alcohol carries inherent risks, including but not limited to impaired judgment, coordination, and the potential for accidents or injuries. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the consumption of alcohol at this event.
3. Responsibility: You agree to consume alcohol responsibly and in moderation. You understand that it is your responsibility to ensure your own safety and the safety of others around you.
4. Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Hotbox Events, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and any affiliated parties (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm (including death) that may occur as a result of your consumption of alcohol at this event.
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this event and your consumption of alcohol.
6. Legal Drinking Age: You confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the event is being held. You agree to provide valid identification if requested to verify your age.
7. Medical Conditions: You acknowledge that you do not have any medical conditions that would make it unsafe for you to consume alcohol. If you do have any such conditions, you assume all risks associated with consuming alcohol despite these conditions.
8. Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
