Pool Meditation and Sound Experience.

Join us at a tranquil private pool, immerse yourself in a unique meditative experience with therapeutic sounds that are truly one-of-a-kind. Relax in the water or on a float while Elizabeth and Megan create a soothing environment both in and above the water. This will allow you to feel the sound vibrations flow through your body effortlessly while deepening your meditation journey.

Sound travels faster through water than through air, and with our bodies being over 70% water, the sonic energy in the pool is remarkably potent. By combining meditation, sound therapy, and aquatic therapy, you can reach a deep state of relaxation where healing is possible.

What to expect:

Sound Healing, Meditation, and Reiki

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in to your space and inflate your float. Bring a float, towel, sunblock, water, a yoga mat(if you are not going in the pool) and anything else you need to be comfortable. Please make sure you float is no bigger then 3ft by 6ft. Don't forget to wear a bathing suit if you plan to go in the pool.
