Pony Care and Share Sessions at Mane Chance Sanctuary Godalming We are offering the opportunity for young people aged between 9 and 15 years to come and spend a day looking after our horses and ponies.
You will be involved with the daily routine of caring for our larger horses - feeding, walking and grooming them - including the poo pick of course!!
You will also join us in entertaining our horses with enrichment games and learn how we check them daily for any signs of ill health.
The day runs from 9:30am until 3:00pm and costs £55 per child for the whole day.
You will be required to bring a packed lunch which will be enjoyed in the orchard or barn depending on the weather!
Our horses look forward to spending time with you!
Please note: once booked, sessions cannot be refunded due to non-attendance or transferred to a later course (we are restricted on numbers due to health and safety protocols).
