On behalf of the Polynesian Panther Party, the Polynesian Panther Claw - Tigilau Ness, Norman Tuiasau, Reverend Alec Toleafoa, Dr Melani Anae and Pauline Smith - we invite you all to a three-day celebration of this important historical and revolutionary event.The celebration will include:
* A Panel discussion with the Polynesian Panther Party (PPP) members, legendary Black Panther Party US Members and 1970s activist groups Ngā Tamatoa, Peoples Union and Pacific youth voices.
* An art exhibition of revolutionary art featuring works from Tigilau Ness, Emory Douglas, Chris McBride, John Miller, Raymond Sagapolutele, Huriana Kopeke - Te Aho, Numa MacKenzie
* A Polynesian Panther Party symposium with spaces to talanoa
* A live musical performance from Musicians Vox Dawn, La Coco, Kalala and Rina under the Oceans Before Me Trust acknowledging the historical Dawn Raids event and the Polynesian Panthers activism
