About this Event
In this four-hour class, learn how to make polymer clay jewelry from start to finish! All attendees will leave with either two pairs of earrings or one necklace.
At this workshop for beginners, you will learn about handling and curing polymer clay, clay surface design techniques, and finishing steps to create statement earrings or a necklace plate. All materials will be provided, including brass hardware and decorative elements, nickel-free posts, clip-on backs for those without pierced ears, and necklace clasps and chains.
This class is open to people ages 10 and up. You will handle X-acto knives and sharp clay blades.
There is a one-hour break in the middle of the workshop while the clay cures, feel free to take your break with our neighbors on Cookeville's Historic Westside.
