Team Leader — Starting at $16.25/hr
Lead your shift, inspire your team, and keep operations running at full speed. You'll coach team members, ensure food safety and guest satisfaction, and be the go-to on-shift problem solver. Great entry point for rising leaders with 6+ months of restaurant experience.
Assistant Manager — Up to $53,000/yr
Partner with the General Manager to drive daily operations, manage scheduling and labor, and develop your hourly team. You'll handle everything from register audits and fund reconciliation to onboarding and coaching. Ideal for someone with 3–5 years of restaurant leadership experience.
General Manager — Up to $63,000/yr
Own your restaurant. Lead 25+ team members and a management team of 2–4, drive sales and EBITDA targets, and build a high-performance culture. You'll be responsible for the full operation — from hiring and training to P&L, guest experience, and compliance. Requires 5 years in the industry, 2 as a GM. ServSafe Certification required.
All roles require: High school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and comfort with basic computer systems.
