The NC Native Plant Society and City of Charlotte are hosting our second annual plant giveaway to kickoff Pollinator Month in June!
This event will be held on May 30th from 8AM to 12PM (possibly ending earlier, depending on how many plants we have to giveaway). We are in need of some pollinator plant enthusiasts to volunteer during the Plant Giveaway event to help coral participants, talk to Charlotte residents about native plants and pollinator gardening, help folks to choose their plants and to understand correct planting and watering techniques, etc.. We would love for you to join us as a volunteer, starting at 7AM on Saturday morning. We will provide snacks and water to volunteers during the event, and you can take some pollinator plants home with you.
