About this Event
We are excited to welcome you to the gardens of the Lyceum to enjoy seasonal blooms, a menu inspired by our favorite native, pollinator-friendly plants (and some surprise invasive dishes!), and good company, with speakers Nick Dorian, a pollinator ecologist, and Russ Cohen, an edible native plant expert.
The evening will begin with welcome tea in the garden, and flow into a family-style dinner in our enchanting greenhouse space, cornerstone of our working 4-acre herb farm. Seating will take place at communal tables, so get ready to rub elbows with your fellow New England flora enthusiasts! Please don't hesitate to send along any dietary restrictions and questions you may have to hello@herblyceum.com
Dinner will be complimented by an optional wine pairing from Marzae Wines of Acton, MA, a local winery committed to sustainable, regionally-produced wine. Additional cocktails, soft drinks, wine by the glass and beer will be available at the cash bar.
This evening will be a Grow Native Massachusetts/Mass Pollinator Network fundraiser. In addition to Nick and Russ providing great information about the pollinators and plants that are contributing to our fabulous meal, we will have live music and a silent auction. We can't wait to see you there!
