Polish Cultureday @ Christmas
Step inside a Polish Christmas Eve on a winter Sunday evening. The Polish Grzaniec (The traditional Polish winter drink) will be ready and traditional Polish Christmas Eve dishes will be made in the kitchen.
Listen to a live performance of a jazz quartet led by Anka Koziel, who will be singing Polish Christmas Carols. 🎶In Poland, Christmas is perhaps the most important celebration of the year. But why 12 courses in the Polish Christmas menu and why is there straw under the tablecloth? And do you know what Poles do with a kilo of poppy seeds? Curious about these customs and traditions?
Join us on Sunday evening 15th of December. ⭐If you are looking for Christmas gifts, there will be an excellent selection of Polish products. Throughout the evening you can listen to Polish carols, some of which may be familiar to you! There will also be a few short presentations on Polish Christmas traditions.
