About this Event
Hong Kong Cinema Night @ Leith Depot!
On January 12th at 7.30pm, we'll be kick-starting the new year with a celebration of Hong Kong action cinema and Jackie Chan's Police Story.
Join us for some of the most dangerous stunts and silliest comedy ever performed on screen with the film that boosted Jackie Chan to international fame and landed many a stunt performer in a Hong Kong hospital.
This will be the first of two screenings of classic Hong Kong action comedies at Leith Depot in January. Later in the month, on January 26th, we'll be screening Yes, Madam! (1985) - an equally over the top film that was the first starring role for Michelle Yeoh.
