Let's try something new!
Sip mimosas and learn a beginner friendly pole dance routine! We'll learn spins, dance transitions, and how to shake that booty - at a level appropriate for first timers. Give it a twirl!
Your instructor has almost 20 years of experience introducing new aerialists and dancers to pole dance and the routine will have variations and options for everybody and every body.
Meet other Tampanians with a love for alternative fitness, we have a beautiful aerial community in Tampa Bay!
Free mimosa bar provided, non alcoholic champagne will be available. ID's are required to partake.
What to wear?! In order to "stick" to stainless steel poles, you will need shorts. They do not need to be crazy short - we want you to be comfortable! Heels are highly recommended - but never required.
