About this Event
In this class, you will learn the basics of pole dancing, including:
* Pole grips and holds
* Basic spins and climbs
* Choreography
You will also learn how to build strength and flexibility, and how to safely perform pole moves.
The class will be held in a small, intimate setting, with a maximum of 5 guests. This will allow you to get personalized attention from the instructor and to feel comfortable as you learn.
The class will be every Thursdays at different times 6pm & 8 pm The cost is $30 per class.
**What to Wear:**
* Comfortable workout clothes that you can move in easily.
* Socks or dance shoes (optional).
* Do not wear lotion or oil on your body before class.
**What to Bring:**
* Water bottle.
* Towel.
**What to Expect:**
* The class will start with a warm-up.
* You will then learn the basic pole moves.
* The instructor will provide personalized instruction and feedback.
* The class will end with a cool-down.
