Pole dance and fitness is an up and coming art form in India. This workshop is for absolute beginners who want to try something new and learn basic spins and choreography of pole. It`s an intimate space with just 6 people in the workshop so that the instructor can pay attention to each participant. The class is broken down into 5 parts - off pole warm up, pole warm up, spins, choreography and cool down. Each workout, spin or choreography will be simplified and taught according to the participants` strength and flexibility. Clothing : Please wear comfortable shorts and sports bra as skin provides the best grip. If you are conscious then wear leggings and a top (no worries)! No accessories. Open to all!
