Designed for newcomers, this class will help you start transforming both your body and mind. You'll begin with a Pilates-inspired warm-up, which not only prepares you for the pole but also provides you with exercises you can practice at home to enhance your strength and flexibility. Throughout this six-week session, you'll learn a pole routine that incorporates the spins and transitions taught each week, helping you build confidence and skills in a supportive, empowering environment.
