Katherine Connors came to us from NYC. She is a certified Polarity Practitioner new to Vero Beach. Polarity is a form of energy healing that works with the five elements in the body to help remove any energetic blockages you may have in order to keep our energy flowing. As an ordained minister she likes to say it's Spiritual Healing for the Mind, Body and Soul. If you like meditation, tried talk therapy, gave Reiki a shot, then Polarity is next in line for you! She looks forward to serving the community.
Katherine works with the 5 Elements in the body to help
restore balance, providing you with the space you need to
heal yourself.
