We have joined forces with the fantastic Polar Plunge team. Come along on Sunday 21st June at 10am before the plunge and or after to warm-up by helping us plant 500 native trees along the Second Beach track (behind St Clair's Salt Pool).
No planting experience required, just good vibes and energy. As this community project improves the biodiversity of the area. Bring your friends, family, kids as there will be jobs for all physical abilities from digging holes, to laying plant mats to putting up plant protectors.
We will have spades but worth bringing your own if you have one as well as sturdy footwear, gardening gloves and appropriate clothing.
Meet by the entrance to Second Beach (by Salt Pool) from 10am to 2pm (or wander up the path and you'll find someone to give you a role) as we will keep going till they're all planted.
Thank you to Trees That Count for donating the trees.
