The pool officially opens May 23, but we’re diving in early — literally.This member‑only, all‑ages event is the perfect mix of bold, silly, and community‑spirited fun. Whether you take the plunge or cheer from the sidelines, it’s always a great morning at Laurelwood.
What to Bring
Swimwear: Your suit and a towel
Warm Layers: A robe, hoodie, or anything cozy for after your dip
Your Energy: Plungers and spectators equally welcome
Prefer to stay dry?
Stick around for our Volunteer Work Day immediately after the plunge. Help us get the grounds ready for opening day — cleaning, setting up equipment, painting, and more. Even an hour of help makes a huge difference as we gear up for a sunny, splash‑filled season ahead.
Please note: The Polar Plunge date is dependent on how opening preparations go. If major projects need more time, we may adjust the schedule.
