Hey, Power Life kiddos! Join Laura S. and Lisa R. for this FREE Polar Express themed kids yoga class. You are encouraged to wear festive jammies to get into the holiday spirit! Together, we’ll try on fun yoga poses, play games, and more! (Your grown ups are welcome to stick around to enjoy a Sculpt class of their own as well – it’s a $5 drop-in for non-members.)
