Help your child turn a favorite interest into real-world friendship growth. Spaces are intentionally small — register early to save your child’s spot for Pokémon Friendship Club.At Pokémon Friendship Club, kids use the fun and familiar world of Pokémon to practice real friendship skills in a safe, supportive setting. Through games, conversation activities, teamwork challenges, and guided social play, campers will build confidence with turn-taking, communication, flexible thinking, and connecting with others.
This camp is perfect for children who love Pokémon and would benefit from a playful, low-pressure way to practice making friends, joining conversations, and working as part of a team.
Key Highlights / Activities
Pokémon-Themed Friendship Games: Practice turn-taking, sharing, listening, and encouraging others through guided group activities.
Conversation Practice: Use favorite Pokémon, cards, characters, and interests as a bridge for starting and continuing conversations.
Teamwork Challenges: Work together on missions that build cooperation, problem-solving, and flexible thinking.
Social Confidence Building: Practice joining in, asking questions, handling disappointment, and celebrating others’ wins.
Kindness & Sportsmanship Skills: Learn how to trade, play, compete, and collaborate in ways that feel fair, respectful, and fun.
Age Range & Skill Level
Grades: K–2nd and 3rd–5th grade groups
Skill Level: All abilities welcome. No Pokémon expertise required — just curiosity and a willingness to participate. This camp is a great fit for children who enjoy Pokémon, social games, imaginative play, or who benefit from extra support with conversation, turn-taking, teamwork, and friendship skills.
What to Bring / Logistics
Please send your child with:
Water bottle
Comfortable clothes for movement and group activities
Any helpful sensory, comfort, or regulation item
Pokémon cards or items only if allowed by Aaron’s Corner for this session
Snack, if needed for your child’s session
Completed intake form before attending, if your child is new to Aaron’s Corner
Dates: July 20–23
Days: Monday–Thursday
Location: Aaron’s Corner LLC, 1800 Hoskins St, Newberg
K–2nd Grade Sessions: 9:00–10:00am or 10:30–11:30am, max 6 kids
3rd–5th Grade Sessions: 12:30–2:00pm or 2:30–4:00pm, max 8 kids
Cost: $100/week for K–2nd, $125/week for 3rd–5th
New Camper Intake: First-time campers require a brief intake meeting, completed intake form, and one-time $50 intake fee for the 2026 camp season.
