You'll explore a variety of poi moves, transitions, and sequences:
• Tosses (full beat, half beat, no beat, flats)
• Elbow catches – how to weave and catch from tosses
• Intro to negative space + how to enter/exit it
• Putting it all together in a smooth sequence
✨ 2 pm Juggling Class
Your intro to all forms of juggling and will teach you basic form. Learn to cascade & reverse cascade with:
• Balls
• Clubs
• Staff
• Poi
