Pogopalooza 2026: The World Championships of Pogo

The World Championships of Pogo are coming back to Pittsburgh! This is a one of a kind FREE event with competitions, world record attempts, opportunities to try pogo sticks and more!

Using high powered pogo sticks, extreme pogo athletes will be flying over 10 feet in the air, doing tricks and flips to battle for the title of World’s Best Pogoer in the disciplines of High Jump, Best Trick, Tech and Big Air.

Pogopalooza is a family friendly event, beyond the competition there is a "free jump area" where attendees can try pogo sticks of all sizes and receive instruction. On Sunday there will be the 15 and under bounce off, open to all children, whoever pogos the longest will win a free stick.

The event will kick off on Friday June 12th in Market Square, Downtown Pittsburgh , with the thrilling High Jump competition, where athletes will vie to break the world record of jumping over a 12 foot high bar. The remainder will take place Saturday 6/13 and Sunday 6/14 at Xpogo's HQ in Wilkinsburg PA on our custom built pogo park.

Info: Athletes will push themselves and their pogo sticks to the limit, battling to see who can successfully jump the highest over a bar and land bouncing on the other side -- hoping to break the world record of 12 feet! This will take place downtown on 6th st between Penn and Ft Duquesne Blvd, produced with support from the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership

Info: This throwback competition is limited to spring pogo sticks, but still features thrilling action based around precision and pushing these sticks to their limits. 5 Time reigning champion Tone Staubs will be seeking an unprecedented 6th win in a row!

Info: Big air tests a pogo athlete's full arsenal of abilities, as they will bounce across our custom built pogo park, stringing together tricks while bouncing up and over obstacles - athletes are graded on their skill, style, and creativity, with the top 10 moving on to the finals on Sunday.

Info: The top 10 qualifiers from Saturday move on to vie for the title of Best Pogoer in the world. Competitors will have three 60 second runs to bounce across our pogo park, to showcase their skills and willingness to take risks in order to impress our judges and take home the title of Best Pogoer in the World.

Info: Athletes will try to attempt never before landed tricks in a thrilling 30 minute open jam format - battling the clock and each other to make history and land a never before seen trick!

Info: Any competitor 15 and under can enter this event for free, where we will see who can stay pogoing continuously the longest in order to win a free Vurtego Slingshot Kids pogo stick! We will have pogo sticks on site for competitors to use!
