Poet's Corner Mornington Peninsula is back - Sunday 26 October. Guest poet Michael PartyMichael Pardy grew up with a book in his hand, studied literature and linguistics at University of Melbourne and has made a career out of weaving words together.
He has written user manuals, help text, emails, stage plays, novels, comic books, and always poetry. He regularly performs his entertaining poems at open stages, clubs, and bookshops around town.
He is currently touring his new volume of poetry, “Only Golfers Can Understand”. This is your last chance to see him before he heads off to Florida USA, the golfing capital of planet Earth.
Doors open 5.30 for 6.00pm start. Tickets $20.00 with food or $5.00 without. BYO whatever you fancy drinking.
