The Basic workshop will start at 12 noon & conclude around 3:00pm and the Extension workshop will directly follow, concluding around 5pm.On this date we are only offering the Basic workshop. We will make the following cheeses & you take home approximately 1kg of these cheeses:
• Farmhouse cheddar,
• Feta,
• Cottage,
• Halloumi,
• Ricotta &
• Paneer
