Join us for this workshop of close readings, conversation, and prompts to write poems inspired by Andrea Gibson. This workshop is suitable for writers of all levels and backgrounds.
About the instructor: Dylah Ray is a writer, educator, and bookseller. She is the owner of Petals & Pages, a queer, feminist bookstore in Denver. Her book of poetry, Perennials, was published in 2023 and she is currently working on her first novel. She teaches at Metro State University, The Colorado Women's History Museum, and at Page by Page, the writing program at Petals & Pages. Dylah is currently a student in the Creative Writing and Literature program at Harvard University and in the 2025-2026 StoryStudio Chicago novel incubator cohort.
