About this Event
Join us for our next poetry workshop for children, where we’ll be using texts written by other young poets. We’ll first read and discuss some pieces together, checking how they are all built around a prompt: “I used to be… but now…”. Then, we’ll work together step by step to create our own original poems. No previous poetry experience is needed, just a pinch of curiosity and imagination, and to come ready to have fun with language.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

En nuestro siguiente taller de poesía en inglés para niños vamos a utilizar textos de otros poetas jóvenes. Lo primero será leer los textos y darnos cuenta de cómo utilizan un recurso para tomar forma: “I used to be…. but now…”. Después, iremos trabajando juntos para crear textos originales personales. No hace falta tener ninguna experiencia. Solamente hay que venir con imaginación y curiosidad y, sobre todo, con ganas de pasar un buen rato jugando con las palabras.
Los niños deben estar acompañados por un adulto.
