Join us for an interactive and dynamic gathering of Community HeartConnections while we travel with the by Brissa Del Mar. We'll be interacting with each other and learning from each other as we allow ourselves to receive messages from our Hearts & ready to dance! This is a celebration from our Hearts!
Make sure you get your fav beverage at Herb & Alchemy before entering to our gathering.
Arrive 9:30-9;40am, since it might be a busy time at Herb & Alchemy Coffee.
There is an entrance on your right side to a studio as you're entering to coffee shop. You'll see a SIGN where to join us.
Come as you are, ready to connect with each other and allow to be guided by the wisdom of your HEART! This is space is for you!

Amanda (she/her), @artdesaucedo of Mexican-Ukrainian descent, is a native of Chicago. She started her dance training with a Mexican Folkloric group in her youth.She has performed internationally and nationally alongside local Chicago artists,dance companies, & arts organizations.

Karen Lum (she/her), @karebearlum is a lover of music, nature and movement. She helps individuals de-stress, find release through thai bodywork, sound healing, yoga and reiki.
