Poetry Saves Lives is more than a gathering — it’s a communal exhale. We sit together on pillows in a circle, sharing poems straight from the heart and listening with open, honoring ears. This is a space where vulnerability is strength, artistry is medicine, and every voice matters.

During our time together we will also:
Free Write Session — a creative flow where you’ll write in the moment, guided by prompts and presence
Poetic Meditation + Breathwork — grounding the body, softening the mind, opening your channel
Gentle Movement — to spark inspiration and get the creativity moving through you
