Join us for a poetry reading with local poets, Beverly Matherne and Troy Graham! U.P. Poet Laureate Beverly Matherne is the author of seven bilingual books of poetry in French and English. Her latest, from Harvard Square Press, Love Potions, Teas, Incantations, is a collection inspired by paintings. She is currently completing a collection of haiku, a tribute to the U.P.
Local singer-songwriter and poet, Troy Graham, has been working hard this past year at writing his best collection of poems to date. The words become deeper, wrapped in an air of mystery as
to what will be said next. Writing songs, and poems is Graham’s way of coping, molding and exploring the world.
