Poetry, Prose and Pizza is one of the longest running Free Open Mic events in Virginia. This event happens every 3 months at the “Russell Memorial Chesapeake Library” located at 2808 Taylor Road in Chesapeake, VA. This open mic is the place where writers of all ages, all skill levels and listeners come together. Here is the place where writers, authors and artists can share what they’re working on, read an excerpt from their book and share some beautiful poetry while enjoying some delicious Free Pizza in a friendly welcoming environment.
