Calling all local poets! Have you always wanted to perform your poetry onstage but were too nervous? Have you performed before but want to gain new tools to really shine? Join us 1st Thursdays for workshops led by local poet @chioetry @sacpoets All writing levels welcome.
About the host: Chio Saetern, is a Sacramento poet and artist. Her love of poetry was born from healing and journaling. Her love of the poetry community came from the local open-mics hosted all over the Sacramento area. Chio is a co-founder of Sac Poets Society, a poetry writing and appreciation group that meets every other Thursday.
