Sep 3, 2025, 7-9 pm. Join us for a fun night of local poetry at The Battery Cafe, hosted by Blake Cryderman.Bring your best for poetry open mic - anything goes! There are five-minute slots available on a first come, first served basis.
This is a free event but donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) are gratefully accepted.
Doors open at 6:30, and the event will start at 7:00.
Performers get a free coffee or tea, or a juice or soft drink of their choice.

Our max capacity is 35 so larger groups (>3 people) should arrive well ahead of time. Groups of 1-2 will be free seating.
We suggest you arrive at least 15 mins early to avoid the rush. Show ends at 9:00pm.
Our Kitchen closes at 4:00pm, but snacks and baked treats are available till 9:00.
