For participants aged 16+
Amanda Crundall is a published poet and a seasoned spoken word performer who combines writing and performing with being a busy working parent.
She rediscovered her creative self through poetry and her debut poetry collection, ‘Heart on her sleeve’ (2024) shares hope, tenacity and compassion, inspiring others to write for their own mental health and wellbeing.
