We will start with a slow and steady Guided meditation. These will be guided on the evening, so will reflect and support the energies of the moment. This will be accompanied by Chakra Tuning forks to open and balance the Chakras before we start ✨️
We will then transition into the Sound Bath with the intention of shifting and releasing any blocked energies brought to the surface with the meditation ✨️
There will be time to reflect and share before leaving the space ✨️
✨️You will need something comfy to lay or sit on! Blankets and pillows are essential for your comfort, please bring what you need, pj's also welcome
