Devin Nelson is a poet and founder of Poetica, a curated poetry experience known for crafting intimate, thought-provoking spaces where creativity and community meet. Through his work, he transforms poetry into a shared experience that invites vulnerability, connection and unforgettable moments. With a passion for amplifying authentic voices, Devin creates environments where both seasoned poets and first-time performers feel seen, heard and appreciated.
He’s excited to partner with Evening Muse to bring this vision to life through an open mic experience designed to spotlight the richness of the local poetry community for an evening where every voice has a place and every story carries weight.
If you’ve been waiting to be heard, this is your moment. Writers and performers of all levels are invited to share their work and take the stage. Every voice matters, and every story has a place. First-time performers are especially encouraged, and seasoned artists are welcome to bring their depth and craft. If you’re simply coming to support or enjoy the atmosphere, you’re just as welcome.
