This year the Old Town Hall Pop-Up Events is joining the Worth 200 celebrations in the town of Bourne to celebrate the bicentenary of Charles Frederick Worth, known globally as “the Father of Haute Couture”.In partnership with The Aveland History Group and as part of the Worth 200 celebrations, join us at 2.15pm on Sunday 12th October 2025 for a themed poetry open mic.
The event will take place on the 1st floor of the Red Hall, Bourne, PE10 9LY
We are excited to announce that it will be hosted by Stamford Poet Laureate Ross Ayres!
Come along to read out your themed poetry in a warm, welcoming space or to listen to others. We’ll have submissions from our poetry call-out displayed in the venue too.
Please note that there is stairs-only access to the 1st floor venue. No ticket required.
