Poems on the MRT

Embark on a literary journey with Poems on the MRT an initiative by the National Arts Council in partnership with SMRT and Stellar Ace brought to life by Sing Lit Station. From 1 November 2024 Singapore poetry will take over the MRT network integrating local literature into the daily experience of commuters. 

Look out for over a hundred poelms in English Malay Chinese and Tamil in trains on the East-West North-South and Circle Lines as well as videos created by local artists and featuring local poets in stations and on trains. Discover literary treasures at a pop-up library in Dhoby Ghaut station on 1 November where a curated selection of Sing Lit titles will be available for browsing.
