Singles Event for Gaza! | Pub Quizzy Night @ Mogambo! [Charity Edition]

Join us for a night of trivia, fun, and giving back! This time, BingoBash is hosting a special charity edition of our most popular event to support families in Gaza. We’re not just coming together to challenge our wits and meet new people—we’re uniting to make a difference.

Date: 3rd January, Friday, 6.30pm - 9.30pm (Don't worry if you can't be on time -- we'll only start the quiz at 7.30pm, but we'd love to mix and get to know each other at the start!)

Age Range: 21-40!

Venue: Mogambo Bar (Canton Street)!

Gear: Come as you are! (It gets pretty warm at Mogambo, so dress lightly if you can!)

What to Expect:

🎉 Brain-Teasing Fun: 5 rounds of lively trivia, each with its own unique theme!
🤝 Mingle & Connect: Form teams of 4-6 people. Solo attendees? No problem—we’ll help you find your tribe!
🎶 Make Some Noise to Win: Teams will get a noise-making tool—rubber chickens, slappy hands, bells, or whistles. Be the first to make noise with the correct answer and score points!
🤣 Bonus Points for Wit: Extra points for the most creative answers—let your sense of humor shine!
🏆 Prizes & Surprises: Cool prizes up for grabs, plus a few surprises throughout the night.
🎶 Vibrant Atmosphere: Relax, grab a drink, and enjoy the lively ambiance of Mogambo on Canton Street.

Your ticket to entry? A life-saving donation!

In place of a traditional entry fee, we ask all participants to show proof of a minimum $8 USD donation (or more) [that's around $10.50 SGD] to - the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees or - the United Nations agency for children. Your generosity will help provide emergency food, water, and shelter to over 2 million people in Gaza who are facing unimaginable hardships due to the ongoing military offensive and blockade.

How to donate and join us:

• Donate online to UNRWA OR Donate online to UNICEF and either email us your receipt in advance to [email protected] or show it at the door.
• We’ll have a station at Mogambo where you can make a donation on the spot if you prefer.
• No exceptions will be made for participants without a donation receipt.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Can we pay you the $8 USD donation fee directly?

We’re all about transparency, and we want to avoid any miscommunication. Unfortunately, there are scammers who pretend to work for charities, and we want to ensure that your donations go directly to the right place. Therefore, we do not handle the money ourselves. However, if you have absolutely no other way to donate online, we’ll accept cash payment at the door—but you’ll need to sign a statement confirming the exact amount you’ve donated.

2) Why $8 USD?

Every dollar counts, and we wanted to set a price that is accessible while still contributing meaningfully to the cause. The $8 USD is similar to the price we’d charge for a regular event, but we also want to emphasize that if you’re able to give more, we strongly encourage you to do so. Your generosity can make an even greater impact!

3) Can I donate to a different Palestinian charity?

For simplicity and to make sure everyone’s donations are going to recognized organizations, we’re only accepting receipts for donations to UNRWA or UNICEF for this event. If you’d like to support a different charity, that’s great, but unfortunately, it won’t count as a valid receipt for entry. We hope you understand!
