Join us at our favorite top secret location for a cozy restorative class, set to classic tales by Edgar Allan Poe!Please bring a mat and yoga blocks if you have them, as well as an extra blanket (or two), and some kind of bolster/narrow couch cushion/extra firm or double stuffed pillow and/or an overstuffed stuffed animal. We use lots of props in this class!
Restorative Yoga is a slow, restful yoga with fully supported poses (held for 5-15 minutes, each), which are great for rest and relaxation.
As always classes are created with beginners in mind, with options to try each pose in different ways. We're all here for our own practices and to love ourselves as best as we can.

What else to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using. We often have straps, blocks, blankets and community mats to use, but can never guarantee there will be enough.
It’s most important to bring a bolster, overstuffed pillow or couch cushion with you to this class.
Parking: Parking is available on Putnam and Second Streets, as well as the large parking lot across the street from Rockstar Wellness.
NOTE: This class does not take place in Rockstar Wellness itself. We'll just be meeting there to go very nearby.
We ask that if you take photos in class, to make sure everyone in the photos wants to be.
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for.
