About this Event
Join us for an evening of food and fun, chemistry and cooking, trivia and treats.
In this 2 hour pie making workshop, you will learn all about foods native to the Pacific Northwest. Learn how to pick dungenous crab, how foragables shaped native cuisine, the best way to cook salmon, and what foods Oregon is NOW famous for (hint - it's our iconic berry).
