PNW Dinner: Savvy Food Co x Lovely Rita

This is one not to miss. Join us as Chef Ian of Savvy Food Co and Chef U’ilaniku’ulei Vele of yours truly, The Hoxton, take over the Lovely Rita kitchen, in partnership with Winter Waters for a night of ocean delicacies.

This 5-course dinner will showcase the abundance of the Oregon coast and creative techniques of these chefs. Each course will focus on seaweeds and local seafood, with both Chef Ian and Chef U'i folding in their culinary heritage and expertise.

What's more, a portion of sales will support the Winter Waters non-profit partner, The Oregon Kelp Alliance which helps sustain and keep our kelp forests healthy.
