Beyond Go‑Live: Who Owns Value in the Age of AI?
About this Event

Organisations are delivering more projects than ever, yet many still struggle to translate go-lives into measurable business value. At the same time, AI, enterprise platforms, and digital technologies are reshaping how organisations plan, govern, and deliver transformation, raising new questions around accountability, leadership, and long-term value ownership.

This panel brings together leaders across enterprise technology, digital portfolio delivery, and advisory to explore what project success now looks like in increasingly complex and technology-enabled environments. Drawing on experiences across ERP and platform transformations, portfolio governance, operating model design, and AI-enabled decision support, the discussion will examine how organisations can move beyond delivery outputs toward sustained business outcomes.

Rather than focusing on tools, the session will explore the leadership behaviours, governance models, and decision ownership required to deliver real and lasting value from transformation initiatives.

Panelists:
  • Renee Buck, Associate Director of Digital Portfolio at CSL Limited
  • Dann Haimovitch, Ex BDO Digital & Technology Advisory Manager
  • Francois Keet, Chief Enterprise Architect, SAP Australia
