Plymouth returns this Summer INFO POST FOR 14TH MAY

Tickets www.tickettailor.com/events/ukcgf and its busy so we will not allow on the door entry before 11.30am so advanced tickets are advised to avoid disappointment.
Under 14s must be with an adult please although we prefer all under 16s to have an adult with them where possible.
Parking is a big car park but we can not guarantee parking so ask as many as possible to car share and check local areas ahead in case arrive and the car parks full.
Entry is via the new location we did November so via the side of the building into the hall.
Catering is done by the venue so please as it looks like a hot day consider bringing water with you.
As there is a great outdoor space bring a picnic blanket grab some food and take breaks outside too.
Timings
Cosplay Meet 1.30pm out the front of the building potentially or field depending on weather and numbers.
Comp 3pm but please sign up early as limited spaces.
Pop by the cosplay zone (stage area) and meet the team to ask any questions.
Dinosaurs do frequent times and have a sign up by their zone with them all on.
Hot Rod and Bumblebee transformers appear separately by the cosplay zone during the day.
Guest photo shoots can be booked with us on the day at this event.
Changing rooms are available at this venue and lockers.
