Yuba County is updating the Plumas Lake Specific Plan (PLSP), originally adopted in 1993, and we want input from residents!The Plumas Lake Specific Plan identifies the type and location of development in the Plumas Lake area, along with the parks, open space, and public facilities and infrastructure needed to serve this development.
The focus of this Specific Plan Update is to:
- Refine allowable land uses and development density within the Specific Plan Area, possibly considering an expanded Specific Plan Area.
- Create clearer, more objective development and design standards to streamline project review.
- Update infrastructure planning for water, sewer, drainage, transportation and open space to reflect current conditions and long-term buildout needs.
