Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll complete the key steps to set up your Professional LLC (PLLC) as required by the Arizona Department of Real Estate. In this session, we will:
- Register your PLLC name
- File your PLLC with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC)
- Submit your PLLC filing to the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE)
- Provide instructions for obtaining an EIN and completing your ADRE requirements
You’ll walk away with your PLLC filed and clear next steps for finalizing your setup.
Each agent is responsible for their own $85 ACC filing fee, which will be paid during the workshop when filing your PLLC with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
