First time I saw Kelela live it was the only time I’ve seen a show where half of the room was watching her and the other half was dancing like it was peak club hours.But it was a that few pop/R&B artists have been able to pull off in a way that didn’t feel desperate.

Think FKA Twigs. Pink Pantheress. Dawn Richard. Rochelle Jordan.

So for this round of my vinyl listening series I wanted to see how it’d feel to hear HALLUCINOGEN in a place as ethereal as Tell Me Bar.
