About this Event
In many traditions around the world, February represents love, which starts and is centered on self-love. Join me in intentionally living in season, just as February calls us to continue to cleanse and release what does not serve us as we align with our highest potential, as well as continued introspection and reflection.
At February's monthly tea party, we will:
🔎Discover herbs that support nervous system regulation, sexual health, and overall pleasure
🧘🏽♀️Learn how our hormonal cycles influence our nervous system and how to honor the specific needs of each phase.
🤗Explore ways to cultivate self-love, joy, and connection in everyday life.
This event is free, and RSVP is required. Please RSVP by Wednesday, February 5. Donations are welcome for this event, future events and farm development via Eventbrite, Venmo (@RabsRoots), and in person at the event. By donating, you support the growth of our herbal farmstead and provide herbs and materials that ensure every attendee can participate fully.
