You can learn to experience deeper fuller orgasms, you can learn to experience longer and louder pleasure. You can learn to harness pleasure in your life and celebrate every moment in full presence and joy.
In this workshop, I will walk you through a variety of exercises that train your body to reach cosmic full body pleasure whether in solo, partnered or even group situations. We do breathwork, energy work, pelvic floor, pompoir and yoga inspired abdominal workouts. We will do moves drawing from different traditions such as twerking, burlesque, tantra and taoism.
Beginner dancers welcome. Beginner yogis and yoginis welcome. Beginner tantrikas and tantriks welcome.
While the work of sacred sexuality is often presented as heart or soul centered, the body, the nervous system, the muscles, the breath are also crucial elements that are sometimes overlooked.
Not in this class. :-)
You can train yourself to experience more pleasure by doing the simple exercises I will show you.
When you discover how intimately you own your lifeforce energy, you will feel enlivened, no matter where you are in life.
It is never too late to start, no matter your age, no matter your relationship status, your gender identity or sexual orientation.
As Rumi said- stop acting so small, you are the universe in ecstatic motion.
Everything in the universe is within you.
This class is for beginners and advanced alike. Follow along at your comfort level.
This is a non touch event, more akin to a yoga or gym class.
It is adviseable to refrain from eating large meals beforehand as we will be doing abdominal exercises.
Please note: this is not adviseable if you are pregnant or have a heart condition. Exercises can be modified for your personal needs. Please consult your physician before attending.
