About this experience:
The Pleasure Activation Day is a deep, feminine-embodied journey of reclamation - a container crafted for high-functioning women to reconnect, activate, heal, and magnetise from their core. In this co-created space, participants will be invited to move through resistance, drop into somatic presence, liberate desires, reclaim suppressed parts, and illuminate inner truth through pleasure as a powerful guide.
This experience is for those who are ready to meet themselves on a new frequency - to shift from striving and heaviness into flow, lustre, sovereignty, and embodied alignment. Over the course of the day, you’ll be held in compassionate, truth-telling, spacious support, with ceremony, somatic practices, energetic activations, and integrative processes woven throughout.
We welcome you to birth what is wanting to be born through you - whether that’s greater abundance, love, rest, a business idea or deeper connection to pleasure, or stepping into a new version of your feminine expression.
What to expect:
Here’s a glimpse of how your Pleasure Activation Day will unfold (this is a guide; actual timing and flow may shift in service of the group’s collective energy):
- Arrival & Settling In - soft soundscape, opening guidelines, grounding practices
- Opening Ceremony & Intention Setting - collectively anchoring in the deeper purpose
- Somatic/ Tantric & Breathwork Activation - movement, internal inquiry, breath, embodiment
- Inner Journey Work - guided quantum activations, visualisations, inner child / shadow integration
- Pleasure Mapping & Reclamation Exercises - exploring intentional touch, sensation, boundaries, energy
- MAPS™ Embodiment - Ella will guide the collective through her MAPS™ Process - Magnetic Attraction Pleasure System™
- Rest, Integration & Closing Ceremony - time to rest, share, and anchor insights
- Post Pleasure Activation Day integration session (online) after the day. Time/ Day TBC
Things to bring & know:
- Loose, comfortable clothing for movement and ease
- A journal + pen
- Something for the altar (a crystal, statue, Jewellery: something that will anchor you in to your feminine that can be charged up and hold the frequency of the day)
- Water bottle and lunch (Light snacks will be provided)
- We invite participant's to arrive with an open, curious heart and a willingness to soften into your body
Note:
Because this is an energetically held container, timing is sacred. We ask that you respect the opening and closing times. Late arrivals may be asked to wait until a natural transition point.

About your facilitator - Ella Hall
Ella Hall is an Authentic Leadership coach, embodiment mentor and pleasure expert with over 20 years of experience guiding high-performing women to reclaim their sovereignty, integrate pleasure, and step powerfully into intuitive flow, presence and heart led leadership. Her work combines somatic embodiment, energetic alchemy, inner-child and shadow integration, and pleasured activation to ignite new levels of potency and alignment.
Ella is the founder of the Platinum Method and MAPS™ (Magnetic Attraction Pleasure System), signature frameworks she uses in both one-on-one and group offerings to support women in shifting out of burnout, complexity, and overdrive — into states of radiant embodiment, magnetic creation, and unapologetic expansion.
As your facilitator through Pleasure Activation Day, Ella brings deep devotion, presence, spaciousness, radical permission, and a container held in truth, safety, and alchemical expansion. She will be supported by trauma-informed practices, embedded boundary-holding, and reverent care for each person’s nervous system and sovereignty.
Things to note:
Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothes to enable deep breathing and sitting/laying upon the floor with ease. Something to cover your eyes, if you wish to do so (eg. eye mask, scarf). A journal is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc).
Personal responsibility: Please make an assessment on whether you are feeling stable and resourced enough to explore the practices on offer in this event.
Notice of Partial Moment Amateur Photography/Videography: There are many events held at Centre of You where no content is captured. The facilitator of this event however wishes to capture moments of this gathering for future marketing and community-sharing purposes. This will take place via their personal device captured by themselves or a representative. We recognise that being recorded can impact personal comfort and nervous system regulation and we want to honor your preferences. If you do not wish to have your image captured yet still wish to join, know that this is entirely possible at this event. Please speak with us at the door so we can honour your boundaries. If you’d like to review any footage captured at the conclusion of the event, you are most welcome to do so.
Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 8:45am - 9:00am. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 9:15am. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.
Driving: Centre of You is located upon Chapel Street and while you may get lucky with an untimed spot, (try High Street) predominantly 1 and 2 hour parking is available (unmetered from 5pm). So you can fully settle into the practice, we suggest you avoid the need to move your car or risk a fine and park at the CARe multilevel carpark (8-14 King Street Prahran), a 140-metre walk from COY.
1 - 2 Hours parking will be charged at $5.60
2 - 3 Hours parking will be charged at $7.50
3-4 hours parking will be charged at $9.00.
Public transport - tram: Both the number 6 tram & 78 tram stop on the corner of High St/Chapel St. This is stop 31 on the number 6 tram (Moreland/Glen Iris) & stop 45 on the number 78 tram (North Richmond/Balaclava).
Public transport - train: Both Prahran & Windsor stations along the Sandringham Line will get you walking distance to Centre of You.
Finding Centre of You: Centre of You is nestled within the arcade that Chapel St Bazaar is in (217 Chapel St). It is up a flight of stairs with a wide landing at the half-way-point. Unfortunately, this current version of Centre of You does not have a wheelchair accessible lift. Ticketing T&Cs: We get it, life happens, therefore we will gladly refund you up until 24hrs before the event start time. After that, we have a strict no refund/no transfer to future events policy.
