Welcome to PlayRx Creative Play Workshops for Adults! Join us for a unique combination of a made up game show and a multi-modal creative arts class.

Play and creativity are PROVEN to help with mental health, fatigue, burn out, and the exaustion that often comes with the over consumption of media.

April 13th , "Jack of All Trades Master of None"

Ever actually hear the rest of the famous phrase? "A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one"? It was orignially meant as a compliment for people that could try out multiple different kinds of creative forms. We see it that way too.

At our "Jack of All Trades" event, expect a variety of lighthearted, high-energy creative prompts that include a combination of wordplay, visual arts, and team problem solving (Do YOU know how to melt an ice cube quickly without fire or hot water? How fast can you write bad rap lyrics? What about sculpt the smoothest duck out of toothpaste?). No skills or talent required, but you DO need to bring a playful spirit, a desire to drop the nasty inner critic, and a growth mindset to do some pretty -ahem- weird shit.

Things to Know:

• This is an event for 18+ only. There will be a shloo of cussing and creative unsensored things made by creative adults, so please don't expect this to be your grandmother's craft night ;)

• Wear comfortable clothing and keep in mind there might be acrylic paint present (and no, it doesn't come out of clothes easily).

• No food or drinks are provided, so it's recommended to bring water and eat beforehand. Alchohol, outside food, and weapons are STRICTLY prohibited (we graciously share the space with R.E.S.T. Recovery).

• Please show up on time. It stinks for everyone when you miss the first few Playscriptions (and you won't get any points for them and will have a hard time catching up!).
